Our plan B ended being a day out in Lancaster County to visit the train museum & go shopping. Well, the initial reason we went there was to take Samuel to Dutch Wonderland (an amusement park for kids), but it wasn't open yet for the season. The train museum ended up being a great alternative and the outlets down the street didn't hurt either :)
